Editorial Review: For women seeking complexion perfection, Dr. Nicholas Perricone is the name to know; actress Courteney Cox counts herself among his many devotees. In The Perricone Promise, he claims that his 28-day program will help stop and even reverse the aging process, making anyone who follows his advice "look and feel ten years younger." To this end, he recommends a three-pronged approach: a very specific 28-day diet; supplements taken morning, noon, and night; and his own line of "topical" cosmetics, all aimed at boosting the body's levels of "peptides and neuropeptides." The straight goods on skin rejuvenation, 2008-04-06
Finally, a medical professional with the conviction to say what he knows works instead of being middle-of-the-road on the issues of skin care. While some of the recommendations are expensive, I liked the simple solutions and explanations for improving skin. Some of the information is from the 70's which, at the time, was frowned on my much of the medical community. Good on Nicholas Perricone for sticking to his guns and bringing us this information.

Very Informative, 2008-03-11
This book is excellent and has indepth information about foods that help to reduce inflamation in the body. The products Dr. Perricone made and promotes are very expensive but the information itself is helpful. The diet he sets up is good and mostly uses common everyday whole foods and is very doable. I highly recommend it for the content and diet.

Perricone Medicore Promise, 2008-03-09
There were some informative information in the book. However, a lot of it I kind a know from health magazines and internet search sites. The book came in good condition. I recommend just borrowing it from the library.

The Perricone Promise, 2008-02-10
Couldn't tell you since I was charged for the book yet never received it! After contacting the dealer numerous times, I never heard back. Horrible service!! I have heard the book was helpful though to others who have read it.

The Perricone Promise, 2007-11-02
I ordered three books, one was put together correctly, the other two were incorrectly put together with many pages missing - not much point in trying to read the book!
